Scope of work

Core Drilling

Core drilling is the process of drilling precise, circular holes into hardened materials (like concrete or rock) or extracting cylindrical samples for structural, geological, or exploratory analysis. We use diamond-tipped cylindrical bits on rotary machines to cut clean, circular openings through concrete walls, floors, and foundations.

Guided Auger Boring

The Guided Auger Boring machine is positioned in the launch pit between thrust walls. Pilot rods are pushed through the ground and kept on course via a steering head monitored by a theodolite camera. Clay jacking pipes are then pushed through the bore.

Mini Tunnel-boring machine (MTBM) pipe jacking

Mini tunnel boring machines (MTBMs), with diameters typically between 550-850mm, are specially designed for tight spaces to lay underground utilities like water pipes, sewage pipes, and cables.

Concrete Cutting

Our concrete cutting and removal services offer a safe, quick, and practical choice, capable of cutting concrete in virtually any environment.

Concrete Core Drilling

Concrete core drilling uses a drill with a diamond-studded drill bit attached to a hollow tube. When drilling, the extracted concrete section (called a slug) is removed and stored in the tube.

Wall Sawing

Wall sawing is similar to slab sawing, except this technique is used for different cutting needs. Wall sawing can typically cut through concrete as thick as 24 inches.

Slab Sawing

Slab sawing is a process that cuts and removes the upper portion of concrete. This is used to create a flat, even plane. For this reason, slab sawing is sometimes referred to as flat sawing.
